Evening visitor
A hedgehog visited our garden several times in the past and looked for the food left over by the birds on the lawn. Today – finally – in better light conditions.

The 4K video is composed of 750 frames (30 frames/sec) with the Nikon D2x and the Sigma 30mm. It was a little too windy, which brings a lot of motion into the trees and bushes. Here is the setup for the video.

Madeira – Curral das Freiras
Das sogenannte “Nonnental” Curral das Freiras stand ebenfalls auf unserer Liste. Allerdings war es nicht ganz so das erwartete Highlight. Vor allem am Miradouro do Curral das Freiras tummeln sich viele Touristen, die mit Bussen im Zuge eines Tagesausflugs hinauf gefahren werden.
